Please read this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, different rules apply compared to physical products.
1. Digital Products & No Physical Returns
All products and services offered on ProCardBox are:
- Digital virtual cards
- Subscription-based payment services
- Instantly delivered after successful payment
As there are no physical products, returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and instant delivery services:
❌ No Refunds After Delivery
Once a virtual card, plan, or service has been successfully delivered or activated, refunds are not provided.
✅ Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
- Technical error from our system prevented service delivery
- Service was not activated due to a verified platform issue
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by ProCardBox.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect use of virtual cards
- Third-party platform restrictions or policy changes
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Delays or issues caused by external services
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (if eligible):

- Provide your registered email address
- Include your Order ID or transaction reference
- Explain the issue clearly
We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
5. Approved Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your payment provider
- Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent service termination
We encourage users to contact us directly for resolution.
7. Policy Updates
ProCardBox reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time.
