1. Digital Products & No Physical Returns

All products and services offered on ProCardBox are:

  • Digital virtual cards
  • Subscription-based payment services
  • Instantly delivered after successful payment

As there are no physical products, returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and instant delivery services:

No Refunds After Delivery

Once a virtual card, plan, or service has been successfully delivered or activated, refunds are not provided.

Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order
  • Technical error from our system prevented service delivery
  • Service was not activated due to a verified platform issue

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by ProCardBox.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect use of virtual cards
  • Third-party platform restrictions or policy changes
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Delays or issues caused by external services

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  2. Provide your registered email address
  3. Include your Order ID or transaction reference
  4. Explain the issue clearly

We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

5. Approved Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider
  • Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent service termination

We encourage users to contact us directly for resolution.
